Wonderful pair of French 19th century armchairs in the Napoleon III style. The scrolled back chairs are heavily tufted in a rich red velvet with a contrasting center embroidered panel and having bullion fringe on the bottom as well as on the arms. This pair of armchairs were recently bought from an estate sale at a Chateau in the South of France.
